These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyCloset. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
MyCloset is an AI-powered personal styling application that allows users to organize their wardrobe, generate outfit suggestions, receive style advice, and create moodboards. The service is provided as-is and may be updated or changed at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload (closet photos, moodboards, etc.). By uploading content, you grant MyCloset a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide you with the service.
We do not use your photos or personal style data to train AI models or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Free plan: includes limited closet items (30), AI outfit generations (10/month), and Mia messages (15/month).
Premium plans: Monthly ($9.99/month), Annual ($79.99/year), and Lifetime ($149.99 one-time). Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Billing: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the premium features. Contact us at itsebonychase@gmail.com.
Founding Member: the first 100 users who purchase a Lifetime plan receive the Founding Member badge. This designation is non-transferable.
MyCloset uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate outfit suggestions, style advice, and chat responses. AI outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or safety of any AI-generated suggestion. Use your own judgment.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes to paid features, we will provide 30 days' notice and offer a prorated refund if appropriate.
MyCloset, its logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCloset's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
